We want to give a heartfelt thanks to Rebecca and everything she did for our wedding; she was absolutely indispensable! Throughout the planning process, Rebecca listened to our vision, while also providing interesting and insightful recommendations that helped turn the day into something we never would have expected. She took care in listening to what we wanted and turned it into so much more! We were looking to do something out-of-the-ordinary and Rebecca totally ran with it. On the day, Rebecca went out of the way to ensure that everything was under control and that we could simply enjoy our day. When people ask how our wedding went, we always say it went off without a hitch and that Rebecca was the one to make that happen. We will always remember how fun the day was, and that was in large part thanks to you Rebecca!
Rebecca was a delight to work with from start to finish. She is hyper organized and very professional. My one regret is that I didn’t get a full planning package and start working with her sooner. Our wedding was essentially a destination wedding, as neither the I nor my husband live in Toronto. On top of that, most of our guests flew in from across North America. I was incredibly stressed about all the details, but Rebecca pulled it all together and made it look easy. On one of the hottest Saturdays of the year, our sour cream-frosted cake was unspoiled, our flowers were fresh, and our drinks were cold. She dealt with some of our weirder requests, including coordinating our dog ring bearer getting dropped off with the dog sitter. Her direct way of speaking was refreshing, especially compared to other wedding industry folk. Unreservedly recommend!
I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about Rebecca and our experience with Champagne & Cedar. From our initial meeting, I knew our wedding was in good hands. Rebecca is organized and incredibly detail-oriented. She made our wedding vision a reality and we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly our special day turned out.I knew that whoever I chose to be my wedding coordinator would have a bit of a challenge on their hands as I was living in Canada for the duration of the planning process and my Fiancé was living in Ireland. Rebecca did not disappoint, her fantastic work ethic was apparent as she ensured that both of our voices were heard throughout the entire process. What can I say about Rebecca besides the fact that she is the most organized person I have met. From the day planner spread sheet to wrapping my bouquet to sewing my husbands ripped suit. She is a coordinator that exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She even helped bustle my dress. There isn’t anything this girl can’t do. I would recommend her to everyone. She was amazing.
What can I say about Rebecca from Champagne & Cedar? With so many options to choose from, I decided on Rebecca after speaking to her on the phone and realizing we really saw eye-to-eye on basically everything. This is the single best service we spent our money on, hands down! She defused groom-zilla (yes, they exists!!) moments calmly and with grace, created an air-tight schedule with every fail-safe and backup in place should anything go wrong (which nothing did with her at the helm), and was such a wonderful presence to be around on the day of the wedding.She went the extra mile with everything: helping us setup all our DIY decor beautifully, meeting with us multiple times before the wedding, answering our many, many queries in the days leading up to the wedding. Because of her many suggestions, tips, and legwork, we were able to get the most out of our money on things like flowers & decor.Every single one of my vendors told me how fantastic she was (which of course, I already knew), and I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Rebecca was a fantastic addition to my wedding planning adventure. My husband and I hired her as our month of coordinator and I am so glad that we did. Planning a wedding can be extremely overwhelming with trying to organize many different vendors and make sure everyone is on the same page. The month before my wedding, Rebecca went through all of my contracts and ensured that a) I knew exactly what I was getting from each vendor, and b) that we were not missing anything. There actually were a few hiccups in my contracts that I am VERY glad Rebecca caught & we were able to solve the issue before it ever became a problem. On the day of my wedding, Rebecca & her assistant were at the venue making sure that everything was set up exactly how I had described & when we arrived, the only thing we had to worry about was enjoying our night. Our day ran extremely smoothly and was an absolute dream. Rebecca worked flawlessly with our MC (who also had nothing but amazing things to say about her) to make sure our night went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend Rebecca for any brides looking for some extra help & organization (either for month of coordination or full wedding planning and design).
We used Rebecca to coordinate our October wedding and were so happy with how everything turned out! We had an idea of what we wanted our wedding look like, but had no idea how to make that happen. Rebecca was amazing at helping to bring everything we had envisioned to life. She helped us create a super detailed schedule for the day, and co-ordinated with all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I hired Rebecca for month of wedding coordination. Rebecca did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. Despite a tight timeline, I thought I had it all planned out and ready to go. She saw where my gaps were and helped me create a schedule that worked. It was better than anything I could have ever come up with.
